More About Paul

A Quality Management professional with more than 30 years' experience in both manufacturing and service based organisations. My manufacturing experience is predominantly in the packaging sector, especially for food end uses; and covers both plastic and paper packaging formats.

Successfully introduced ISO 9001 in various businesses, and have a strong record in maintaining Quality Management Systems to a high standard in multiple organisations. I am an IRCA Lead Auditor with extensive experience in Internal, Supplier and Third-Party certification audits.

Significant experience in gaining certification to Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) - in particular the British Retail Consortium standard for Packaging (BRCGS for Packaging), where I have maintained top rating for nine consecutive years in two separate businesses.

A Leader in Continuous Improvement with a track record in assisting businesses in major business turnarounds using Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques. My experience in Lean and Six Sigma has been enhanced by recent qualifications as an Improvement Specialist (Level 5 apprenticeship) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
